Meeting rooms: Three rooms with displays, for client meetings, interviews and training. Book one whenever you need it — they’re free.
Furniture: Desks, chairs and storage come with the office. Move in with a laptop, or bring your own furniture if you’d rather.
Free parking: Surface lot at the door, free for tenants. No monthly charge, and space for your clients when they visit.
Reception and mail: Someone at the front to greet your clients, and we’ll take care of your mail, couriers and deliveries.
Utilities and internet: Power, heat, business internet and weekly cleaning. One invoice a month, nothing to set up before you move in.
Month-to-month terms: Take a second box when you grow, give it back when you don’t need it. No five-year signature required.

Off Blackfoot Trail, minutes from Deerfoot and downtown. Park at the door for free and skip the parkade entirely.
